The Phase 2 build schedule is gated on Fredrik Karlsson's structural assessment (the timmer-stomme load-bearing walls) and the first quotes — expected after the structural review. It will also overlap with Phase 1's completion and likely run into 2027.
Until then, current Phase 2 status lives on the Phase 2 hub.
